Our story
CV5 is a Coventry based family property company led by serial entrepreneur and property investor, Paul Jones. Having worked in property for over 10 years, our portfolio includes apartments, family homes, holiday homes, houses of multiple occupation (HMOs) and multi-unit blocks.
We work with fellow investors, high-quality builders, planners and property professionals
to bring tired buildings back to life.
